| Well me and Circles decided some new techniques would spice up the game and maybe give more of an edge to skillfull play as aposed to just spammage.
Attack:
Yes I know people have wanted this forever but finally you can have your wish. A neutral attack for all characters that does 1 or 2 damage depending on your character, gives a reason for close combat and something to do if you get stuck with no chakra.
Counter:
2 variations to this nifty addition to the game. This technique takes 1 chakra per attempt and has a minor cooldown, Note that you cannot counter the End Game techniques, as in jutsus that require large amounts of chakra and are typically only usable a few times a match. When you use counter your character will flash for a moment and depending on your timing will have one of the following effects.
Kawarimi no Jutsu:
You will teleport to the enemy and take no damage from their attack.
Muon Satsujin Jutsu:
Hitting counter at the exact frame an attack connects with your character you can not only teleport to them, but deliver a small counter attack for 5 damage

meh timing is a pain in the ass... however I think that you mean.... cool down, and in that manner, I agree. xD
